Midas Touch                   9.0% ABV                   serving: Belgian beer glass      $7.

This is history baby! The recipe for this beer, wine, mead combo is thousands of years old. Leave it to Dogfish Head Craft Brewery to revive such a beer. It is part barley, part muscat grapes, part honey, and spiced with saffron. Drink this and imagine a time long ago and our connection to it!

New Belgium Brewing Company       Fort Collins, Colorado

Abbey Grand Cru             9.4% ABV                serving: New Belgium Snifter                 $5.5

Abbey Grand cru is a richer version of their Abbey, Belgian Double style ale. It is brown in color, with a full body and distinctive rich, fruity aroma. Abbey Grand Cru is fermented with an authentic Belgian yeast strain, and is re-fermented in keg/ bottle to produce natural carbonation. It will continue to improve and age gracefully for several years, if stored in a cool dark cellar.

North Coast Brewing Company          Fort Bragg, California

Le Merle                             7.9% ABV                      serving: Belgian beer glass $7.

This Saison of Farmhouse style Belgian ale pours a hazy lemon yellow. The aroma is filled with earthy notes, yeast, tropical fruits, and a slight maltiness. The taste is very spicy with some sweet notes.
