Brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full 2 hours while being continually hopped with high alpha American hops, dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for a month on whole leaf hops, 120 Minute IPA is by far the biggest IPA ever brewed! At 21% abv and 120 IBU's, you can see why we call this the Holy Grail for Hopheads!

DUCHESSE DE BOURGOGNE                             FLEMISH SOUR

Brouwerij Verhaeghe                                West-Vlaanderen, Belgium

After a primary and secondary fermentation, this ale is matured in oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of a younger 8-month-old beer with an 18-month-old beer. The name of the beer is meant to honor Mary of Burgundy, the sole daughter of Charles the Bold, born in Brussels in 1457, who died young in a horse riding accident. Like all Flemish red ales, Duchesse de Bourgogne has a characteristically sour, fruity flavor similar to that of lambic beers.

Avery Brewing Co.                                   Boulder, Co.

Much like its namesake, this imperial IPA is regal, intense and mighty. With hops and malts as servants, he rules both with a heavy hand. The maharaja flaunts his authority over a deranged amount of hops..tangy and vibrant. The taste begins with a big kick of grapefruity hops, some honey-like sweetness creeps in, then it ends up on the floor after the citrusy and piney hop flavors come back for another round of beating. There are some tropical fruit flavors there as well. A.B.V. 9.8%
