Ballast Point Navigator Dopplebock
This Dopplebock pours a deep mahogany with a sweet caramel aroma. Flavors include molasses, honey, and toffee. It has a sweet brandy-like finish. 8.9% abv. $$$$
Bear Republic Red Rocket
Red Rocket is a full bodied, hoppy American strong ale. In aroma and taste it is very complex and finishes on the pallet with smooth caramel malts. Centennial and Cascade hops are used for bittering and aroma. 6.8% abv.
Coney Island Lager
This amber lager pours a murky translucent amber with limited lacing. A well balanced malt and hop aroma. The taste is semi sweet and clean, not to much but and easy drinking. 5.50 ABV.
Duck Rabbit Barleywine
This is a 'BIG' hoppy American barley-wine. The high alcohol is quite obvious in the aroma and follows thru into a complex flavor of bitterness and sweetness. 11% abv
Founders Centenial IPA
A perfect American IPA. Copper color with a creamy looking head, hazed from the hops with a tawny hue. Clean but pungent citric hop character, warming alcohol with layers of fruitiness and toasted caramel middle to end. Super drinkable even @ 7.2% abv.
Great Divide Yeti Espresso Oak Age Imperial Stout
This impressive Imperial Stout weighs in at 9.5 percent ABV, it pours a jet black with a rich tan head. Aromas of roasted malts, light floral hops with hints of chocolate and coffee. Some semi burnt malty notes with hints of chocolate, vanilla, and a noticeable alcohol finish. $$$$
New Holland Mad Hatter
Copper colored IPA with an intense hop nose. This beer is medium bodied and bold with a hop flavor that packs a punch. It finishes like an American IPA
Stone Levitation
This amber ale pours a deep red to brown with a tan head. The flowery pine aroma also contains hints of roasted malt and honey. A complex bitter pine and roasted malt fill your palate. Levitation is a medium bodied beer that contains some bitter hop and dark malt notes in the finish.

Achel 8 Blonde
It pours a golden straw color with a pillowy white head. This blonde ale expels hints of light fruits, yeast, and sweet malt in the aroma. It is light in body. The flavor is sweet malts, juicy fruits, and peppery alcohol. It finishes on a sweet, malt and cherry note. 8% ABV
Achel 8 Brune
This Belgian Dubbel pours a slightly hazy dark brown with a thick tan head. The aroma consists of sweet malts, spicy yeast and dark tropical fruits. Flavors are the same with a nice balanced creaminess. 8% ABV.
Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier
It pours a dark reddish brown, with not much head. It is very aromatic from beech wood smoked malts (old school malting). It has a full and rich complex taste with dark smokey malts. It has a smooth smoke finish.
Aecht Schlenkerla Helles
This Helles style ale has a yellow-gold appearance and a light but firm body. Sweet malt accent a delicate balance of spicy hallertauer hops and a touch of smokiness in the nose and palate.
Brooklyn Local 2
This Belgian Dark Ale pours a deep rustic brown to almost black with red highlights and a thick tan head. Notes of sweet sugars, earthy malts, dark fruits and yeast are noticed in the aroma. It is a well balanced brew with flavors of yeast, sweet malts with hints of creamy chocolate, and notes of dark fruits.
Coney Island Human Blockhead
Pours a transparent amber brown with small ring of khaki head. The aroma is full of alcohol and raisins. Sweet caramel and port-like in flavor with a lengthy dry sweet finish. 10% ABV.
De Proef Reinhart Flemish
It pours a hazy golden blonde. Notes of sour apple and lemon along side some sweet honey and yeast are prominent in the flavor. The aroma follows the flavor with hints of sweet malts, sharp sourness and some light fruits. 9.00 ABV.
Fantome Dalmatinne
This year's ale is deep caramel in color with dry cherry tartness and mellowed by a malt sweetness. Slightly oaky in flavor.
Founders Cerise
This fruit ale pours a deep pink with a thin white head and has a big aroma of tart cherries. The flavor is much like cherry pie with hints of peach and champagne finishing a bit sweet and dry.
Malheur 10
This Belgian Strong Ale pours a orange gold color, slightly cloudy, with a small white but lacey head. A big fruity aroma of vanilla-honey and floral hops. This creamy textured beer is accompanied by spicy citrus notes and sweet honey balanced by a noticeable hop bitterness in the finish. 10% ABV.
New Belgium Fat Tire
A much anticipated brew to hit North Carolina. This medium bodied amber ale produces good caramel and bready notes in the aroma. The flavor consists of sweet caramel and biscuits with a dry malt finish.
New Belgium Mothership Wit (organic)
This traditional Belgian Wit pours cloudy golden with a frothy white head. Strong citrus notes come out in the nose followed by a malt character in the taste. Some spiciness lingers in the finish. 4.8% ABV.
New Belgium 1554
Other than being dark in color, 1554 has little in common with Porters or Stouts. The beer is fermented at relatively high temperatures using a European lager yeast that imparts a refreshing, zesty acidity. Chocolate and coffee tones in the nose give way to a surprisingly clean finish.
Ommegang Bier De Mars
This Belgian style Amber ale is brewed with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis; a wild yeast which imparts added tartness, extra zing, and a touch of funk then dry hopped for an enhanced hop flavor. 6.5% ABV.
Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence
A Belgian dark ale brewed to celebrate a decade of brewing, pours a rustic deep brown with a thick tan head. Aromas are of toasty chocolates. Roasted malts and creamy smooth coco notes are abundant. 7% ABV
Sam Adams Imperial White
This beer is part of the new Imperial Series from BBC. It pours a pale copper with an intense off-white head and a strong toasted malt aroma with some spicy lacing reminiscent of citrus fruits, along with a faint hint of coriander and alcohol. 8.3% ABV.
Sam Adams Imperial Stout
This is another selection in the Imperial Series from Boston Beer Company. It pours a thick, dark black, with a fizzy dark tan head, and flavors of dark chocolate, coffee, anise, and roasted malt.
St. Bernardus Grotten Flemish
This Belgian Ale is hazy golden in color with a nice thick head that forms quickly and lasts awhile. The aroma is malty, bready, yeasty and has citrus notes. The flavor is complex and spicy yet sweet. 7.7% ABV,
Urthel Samaranth
This Belgian Strong ale comes in at a whopping 11.5% ABV. It has a deep copper brown color with some haziness. The aroma is dark fruit, bread and toasted malts. It shows plenty of lacing on the glass. More dark fruit, some spice and a touch of warming alcohol on the palate.
